• Google Services Data: If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, Gmail, or Google Drive, we access only the data necessary to provide those specific features within MJOS.
• Business Data: Sales orders, account information, delivery routes, inventory data, and team activity that you enter into the platform.
• Usage Data: Basic analytics about how you interact with the application.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the MJOS platform
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To sync your Google Calendar events and availability within the platform
• To send emails on your behalf through Gmail integration (only when you explicitly initiate)
• To access Google Drive files that you choose to share within the platform
• To improve and personalize your experience

4. Google API Services

MJOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only request access to Google services that you explicitly choose to connect. You can disconnect Google services at any time from your MJOS settings page.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on Google Cloud Platform) with row-level security policies. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the platform (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, Google Cloud for infrastructure), but only as necessary to provide our services.

• Access, update, or delete your personal information
• Disconnect Google services at any time
• Request a copy of your data
• Revoke app permissions through your Google Account settings
