1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mary Jane OS ("MJOS", the "Platform"), operated by The Green Truth NYC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MJOS is a cannabis operations management platform that provides CRM tools, sales tracking, delivery routing, team management, inventory management, and compliance tracking capabilities. The Platform integrates with third-party services including Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Drive) to enhance functionality.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be authorized by your organization to access the Platform
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You must not share your account with unauthorized individuals

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
  • Share confidential business data outside of authorized channels
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Platform

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Platform. We claim no ownership over your sales data, customer information, or any other business-related content you create within MJOS.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform integrates with Google Workspace services. Your use of these integrations is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

MJOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Green Truth NYC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
