1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mary Jane OS ("MJOS", the "Platform"), operated by The Green Truth NYC Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
MJOS is a cannabis operations management platform that provides CRM tools, sales tracking, delivery routing, team management, inventory management, and compliance tracking capabilities. The Platform integrates with third-party services including Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Google Drive) to enhance functionality.
3. User Accounts
- You must be authorized by your organization to access the Platform
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You must not share your account with unauthorized individuals
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
- Share confidential business data outside of authorized channels
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Platform
5. Data Ownership and Aggregated Data
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Platform. We claim no ownership over your sales data, customer information, or any other business-related content you create within MJOS.
You grant Mary Jane OS a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and commercialize your business data in aggregated and de-identified form — including by combining it with data from other customers — in order to operate and improve the Platform and to create, publish, and sell industry benchmarks, pricing and velocity analytics, market reports, and other derived insights.
Aggregated and de-identified data will never identify you, your business, your customers, or your individual transactions, and will never be presented in a way that allows a specific customer's data to be reasonably isolated or re-identified. We do not sell, license, or disclose your identifiable business data to any third party without your consent.
This license survives termination of your account as to data already incorporated into aggregated datasets. Closing your account removes your identifiable data from the Platform; it does not require us to reconstruct aggregate datasets or retract insights already published.
Google user data is excluded. The license in this Section does not cover information MJOS receives from Google APIs when you sign in with Google or connect your Google account, or anything derived from it. That data is never included in aggregated or de-identified datasets, benchmarks, analytics, or reports, and is never sold. It is used only as described in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform integrates with Google Workspace services. Connecting your Google account is optional, and you can disconnect it at any time in Settings. How we use data from Google is described in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy. Your use of these integrations is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
6a. SMS Terms
By opting in to text notifications from Mary Jane OS, you agree to receive recurring automated account and order notifications at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies by account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help; you can also contact omar@thegreentruthnyc.com. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and mjos.app/sms for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
MJOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Green Truth NYC Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
